Check the Status of Reported Concerns 

Use our Action Tracker to view updates on a concern you reported—or to explore the status of other concerns in your area. Follow the steps below: 

How to Use the Action Tracker 

1. Find Your Area 
   • Drag the map to locate your area and zoom in if needed. 
2. Click on a Blue Marker 
   • Each blue marker represents a reported concern. Click on one to see the report details. 
3. View Status Updates 
4. A pop-up window will display the concern, including any updates, actions taken, or current status.
